การรับรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมของการปฏิบัติงานในการลดความสูญเปล่า ในกระบวนการผลิตของอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปสัตว์น้ำ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นในการรับรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมของการปฏิบัติงานในการลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิต 2) วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิตกับข้อมูลทั่วไป 3) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของการมีส่วนร่วมของการปฏิบัติงานในการลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิตกับข้อมูลทั่วไปผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีระดับการรับรู้ความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิตอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง 2) ระดับของการมีส่วนร่วมของมีการปฏิบัติงานในการลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิต คือ เสนอแต่ยังไม่ได้มีการปรับปรุง 3) ข้อมูลทั่วไปจำแนกตามลักษณะทางด้านการฝึกอบรมด้านอายุด้านประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านระดับการศึกษา ด้านรายได้ต่อเดือนและด้านฝ่ายงานต่างกัน ระดับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิตต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 4) การมีส่วนร่วมของการปฏิบัติงานในการลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิตมีความสัมพันธ์กับข้อมูลทั่วไปจำแนกตามลักษณะทางด้านประสบการณ์ในการทางานด้านการศึกษาและด้านการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Perception and Participation of Practice about Reducing the Non Value Added Activity in Production of Marine Products

The level of Participation of performance to the reduce waste in the production process in different ways and significant at the 0.05 level. and 4)Participation of performance to reduce waste in the production process correlated with the general Information not significant at the 0.05 level.
