บทคัดย่อ

This paper presented One Tambon One Product (OTOP) e-commerce system designed with three concepts: 4S’s, data mining, and enhancement. These concepts could be applied to develop an OTOP e-commerce system for OTOP entrepreneurs to support the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). All system functions were synthesized by the ecommerce experts and defined by entrepreneurs based on a focus group, an observation and a deep interview, and questionnaires. The main functions of system were able to purchase OTOP products, to get more payment ways, to update product details, to employ the tracking system, to display the top-ten best sellers, and to connect OTOP relevant agencies in both of the government and non-government. The efficiency of the developed OTOP e-commerce system evaluated by member users showedan excellent level
