Objectives :

1. to disseminate reserch and academic articles in science and technology to public.
2. to be a medium for new scientific and technological knowledge exchange.
3. to be a hub for those scientific and technological articles of interest and knowledge.

Publish Domain and Policy:

The journal has its policy to publish high quality articles in science and technology, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Ocean Science, Oceanography, Hydrographic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Science. The target audience are faculties, students, and researchers both in and out of the academy.

Peer Review Process: All submitted articles will receive a standard double–blinded peer review process. The double –blinded process means that the identity of the author and reviewer are not known to each other.
