Development of Barrier Alerts and Assistance for the Visually Impaired Through the Application Line

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to development of barrier alerts and assistance for the visually impaired through the application line. Concluding with microcontroller, NodeMCU; evaluating and transferring all input information and trough internet network and micro controller, Arduino Uno; communicate with the DFPlayer Mini MP3 Player module to notify the voice recorded in Micro SD Card. A NRF24L01 Wireless module for wirelessly transmitting location information within a disabled person's residence. The results of the research were as follows 1) it can detect obstacles in front with ultrasonic sensors in the distance of 0 – 80 centimeters, which can be divided into
3 alarm stages. 2) Able to give a speech notification of the location within the residence of the visually impaired. when a visually impaired person walks at a distance of 10 – 60 centimeters.
3) It can send a message for help with location map by pressing the button from the machine Send a message requesting help from a visually impaired person to the caregiver's LINE application with an average message speed of 3.09 seconds, depending on internet speed. 4) A visually impaired caregiver can track movements and take pictures of a visually impaired person over the Internet from a web browser. Internet connection affects the transmission of alert messages, geolocation and photographs of the visually impaired through the LINE application.
