Nowadays, Smartphones are a vital part to access business information and to communicate in organization. The result of access fast and correct information, there is an opportunity to improve organization. This research recognizes the importance of communicate in organization and internet of thing technological progress that integrate with many devices to facilitate work and daily life consequently developed automatic information receiving pattern using bluetooth beacon technology interacted with social media application in smartphone for automatic detecting user in area and direct advertising information to user. Administrator can manage public information via information management web application system. As a result, it is presented that: 1) The researcher developed 3 system parts comprised of hardware to detect user using small computer connect to Bluetooth Beacon, Line application to receive information and information management system for administrator. 2) The results of the user satisfaction from 68 sample staffs in Sisaket Rajabhat University using questionnaires to collect data satisfied with the functionality and usability of the system at high level. 3) The efficiency of indoor public information system using Beacon technology were in high level.
