The Development of Descision Support System in Aircraft

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the current condition of aircraft maintenance management, 2) create a model of decision support system in aircraft maintenance (DSSACM), 3) investigate the efficiency and acceptance of decision support system, and 4) develop a program and test the user acceptance. The created model of decision support system then tested with 4 aircrafts to investigate the efficiency and acceptance. The results revealed that : 1) In terms of the condition of aircraft maintenance management, the human resources management was found the most efficient; 2) The model of decision support system of the structure of relationship in maintenance plan, the human resources management, the tool-material-equipment management and the quality control; 3) In terms of the efficiency of the model of decision support system the structural repair and the rust removal was found 100 % which decrease in the delay of working area delivery with 91.71% and spending time in fixing the mistake after testing with 86.91% 4) The decision support system in aircraft maintenance program (DSSACM) was able to certify the decision making. The program was found 83.33 % acceptable by the testers.
