Abstract

Design and construction loading conditions alert system for load weight of the truck to find the weight of trucks can be carried in high steeper load appropriately. Principle of sound reflection be applied in measuring deformation of truck fender load will affect the truck spring compression of the truck directly to determine the estimated weight that the truck can carry in high steeper load to find the weight that the truck can carry to reduce the cost of shipping, time spent on weighing and the appropriate weight. Loading conditions alert system for load weight of the truck in transportation installation Ultrasonic sensor proximity detection at a 4 wheels area for 4-wheel truck case and 2 position rear case 6-wheel truck Results for attaching a 6-wheel truck an analysis of the measurement of truck spring compression compare load weight when deal with wheels then collapse. Truck weight in the shipping it is accurate and nearby to the actual weight. Using loading conditions alert system to the branches a different slope. Truck carrying goods appropriately in each route the system will send a warning signal if the load exceeds.
