การผลิตหมึกพิมพ์ออฟเซตสีโพรเซสฐานน้ำมันพืชใช้แล้ว

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลิตหมึกพิมพ์ออฟเซตฐานน้ำมันพืชใช้แล้วและเพื่อทดสอบคุณสมบัติของหมึกพิมพ์ออฟเซตฐานน้ำมันพืชใช้แล้ว ผลของงานวิจัยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้เห็นความสำคัญของการใช้น้ำมันพืชใช้แล้วมาแทนที่น้ำมันปิโตรเลียมที่มีอยู่ในหมึกพิมพ์ออฟเซตเดิมบางส่วน เพื่อลดปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขภาพของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การผลิตหมึกพิมพ์ออฟเซตสีโพรเซส จำนวน 4 สี คือ สีน้ำเงินเขียว สีม่วงแดง สีเหลือง และสีดำ เป็นการนำน้ำมันพืชใช้แล้วจากน้ำมันปาล์มไปผสมกับเรซินเพื่อผลิตเป็นวาร์นิช โดยใช้น้ำมันปาล์มที่ใช้แล้ว 65% ซึ่งเป็นอัตราส่วนที่เหมาะสมในการทำวาร์นิช หลังจากนั้นนำวาร์นิชไปผสมกับวัตถุดิบอื่นในการผลิตหมึกพิมพ์ออฟเซตฐานน้ำมันปาล์มที่ใช้แล้วทุกสี เมื่อนำไปทดสอบพบว่า มีค่าความแตกต่างสี และมีคุณสมบัติของหมึกพิมพ์ทางกายภาพ ของหมึกพิมพ์ฐานน้ำมันปาล์ม ที่ใช้แล้ว ทั้ง 4 สี มีค่าใกล้เคียงกับหมึกพิมพ์เชิงพาณิชย์
