ผลของความเข้มข้นสูตรอาหารร่วมกับน้ำตาลซูโครสต่อการเก็บรักษาหน่ออ่อนกล้วยไข่กำแพงเพชรในสภาพปลอดเชื้อ

บทคัดย่อ

จากการเลี้ยงชิ้นส่วนหน่ออ่อนกล้วยไข่กำแพงเพชรบนอาหารสูตร MS ½ MS และ ¼ MS ร่วมกับน้ำตาลซูโครสปริมาณ 0 10 20 และ 30 กรัมต่อลิตร เป็นเวลา 24 สัปดาห์ พบว่า ชิ้นส่วนที่เลี้ยงบนอาหารสูตร ½ MS และ ¼ MS ที่เติมน้ำตาลซูโครส 30 กรัมต่อลิตร ให้อัตราการมีชีวิตของชิ้นส่วนหน่ออ่อนกล้วยไข่กำแพงเพชรสูงที่สุด 100% และเมื่อย้ายชิ้นส่วนหน่ออ่อนกล้วยไข่เลี้ยงบนอาหารสูตร MS ที่ไม่เติมสารควบคุมการเจริญเติบโต ต่อเนื่องอีก 12 สัปดาห์ พบว่า หน่ออ่อนกล้วยไข่กำแพงเพชรที่เลี้ยงบนอาหารสูตร MS ½ MS และ ¼ MS ที่เติมน้ำตาลซูโครส 30 กรัมต่อลิตร มีการเจริญพัฒนากลับเป็นยอดใหม่ได้ดีที่สุดคิดเป็น 20%
