บทความนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องปัญหาถนนทรุดตัวในงานก่อสร้างทาง ซึ่งผู้เขียนได้รวบรวมจัดทำขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำให้ผู้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้เห็นว่า ปัญหาเรื่องถนนในเมืองเป็นเรื่องที่ยังน่าเป็นห่วง และสร้างความหวาดผวาให้ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนมากขึ้นทุกวัน ทั้งถนนทรุดตัว ท่อประปาแตก ความไม่รับผิดชอบของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง จนทำให้รถที่สัญจรไปมาได้รับอุบัติเหตุ นับเป็นสัญญาณอันตราย และกำลังเป็นสิ่งเตือนภัยให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องต้องรีบทำการสำรวจ วางแผน และแก้ไขก่อนจะมีคนบาดเจ็บ และเสียชีวิตจากความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นนี้โดยในบทความนี้จะนำท่านให้ทราบถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีตที่ผ่านมา และแนวทางในการประสานงานระหว่างองค์กรเพื่อให้การทำงานสำเร็จลุล่วงและไม่เกิดปัญหาในการทำงานต่อไป
