This research presents an application to manage a village management system that is built to work on LINE API. The advantage of LINE API is that users do not have to install any new application which is convenient for users who are familiar with LINE chat. There is a chatbot to automatically answer the frequently questions via LINE API which the message will be automatically sent to LINE application of to the person responsible or involved by whom set by a juristic person once. So that users can use all the functions, store gest information, notify information, request for help, call for a car and report the maintenance of the village. Also, be able to properly help the important village management and more comfortable to the owner, resident and juristic person.
