This research aims to investigate the travel time choice behavior of expressway users and to analyze the factors influencing changes in travel time choice behavior under a Time-of-Day Pricing scheme. The study area is the Prachachuen Toll Plaza (inbound) on the Si Rat Expressway, which is characterized by heavy traffic congestion and relatively high toll rates. Travel behavior was investigated using a Stated Preference (SP) survey based on hypothetical scenarios involving 469 four-wheel vehicle users. The collected data were analyzed using a Discrete Choice Model, specifically the Multinomial Logit Model (MNL). The results indicate that travel time, toll fare, and work time significantly influence users’ choices of travel periods. The analysis further reveals that, during the morning peak period (06:01–09:00), 42.22% of travelers were unable to adjust their travel time due to work schedule constraints, whereas 10.07% were able to shift their travel time. The latter group can be further classified into two subgroups based on their preferred alternative travel periods: shifting to the Pre-peak period (04:00–06:00) and shifting to the Post-peak period (09:01–12:00), accounting for 4.08% and 5.99%, respectively.
