This research aims to construct innovative fish scaling machine to meet the needs of the local people systematically, to transmit technologies from academic researches to the field of large and medium enterprises, and to uphold learning centers on the technologies of fish scaling machine for the development of fish transformation products. Samplings were taken from 3 community entrepreneurs involving fish transformation products. The research was carried out through the project of Knowledge Management in focus group discussions in communities. Five activities were applied during the training; Education of Knowledge to project awareness, Knowledge Work Rally to upgrade machine using skills, Cooperative Work Shop to broaden attitudes of the trainees, Mind Mapping Workshop to better behaviors of the trainees and Evaluation Program to acknowledge the outcome of the project. A technologically innovative fish scaling machine was presented to each enterprise as a technological transmission center for use both among group members and other networks. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings were: The satisfaction of the project and the appropriateness of the fish scaling machine innovation were at a high level. In adding value to products via interviews and qualitative analysis on fish scaling machine efficiency, it was found that it was a very efficient fish scaling machine that used less time plus reduced production costs. Fish transformations after scaling by the machine were sold easily and for a better price.
