การวิจัยและพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1)ศึกษาระดับการมีวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลย 2)ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลย 3)สร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลยโดยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4)ทดลองใช้และประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลยเป็นการวิจัยผสมผสานทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณ คือนักศึกษาวิชาทหารชั้นปีที่1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2557 ในจังหวัดเลย ส่วนเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยผู้กำกับนักศึกษาวิชาทหารครูฝึก ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาครูประจำชั้น ครูปกครอง  ผู้ปกครองนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร และผู้แทนนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัย เชิงปริมาณเป็นแบบประเมินความมีวินัย เชิงคุณภาพ คือประเด็นสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth  interview) แนวสนทนากลุ่ม ประเด็นประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ความถี่  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการเปรียบเทียบระดับความมีวินัยก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลย ใช้ t-test แบบ Dependent sample t-testส่วนเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับการมีวินัยในภาพรวมส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาอยู่ในระดับต่ำสภาพการดำเนินงานเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลย การฝึกดำเนินการไปตามหลักสูตรที่กำหนดวิธีการฝึกแบบเดิมๆไม่มีนวัตกรรมหรือวิธีการใหม่ๆผลการสร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลยพบว่าได้ 3 รูปแบบคือรูปแบบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหารรูปแบบการเรียนภาคทฤษฎีในห้องเรียนรูปแบบการฝึกภาคปฏิบัตินอกห้องเรียนผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในจังหวัดเลย โดยการนำไปทดลองใช้เป็นเวลา2 เดือนพบว่ารูปแบบที่ได้มีความเหมาะสมผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีความพึงพอใจในรูปแบบดังกล่าวนักศึกษาวิชาทหารที่ได้เข้ารับการฝึกแล้วมีวินัยเปลี่ยนไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น

Research and development to establish disciplinary models

 for army reserve force students in loei province

This research’s objectives were  1) to investigate the level of  Army Reserve Force Students’ discipline in Loei province,2) to explore the state of operation of the Army Reserve Force Students’ disciplinary enhancementin Loei province,3) to construct the model of Army Reserve Force Students’ disciplinary enhancement regarding to the associated participants, and 4) to try out and evaluate the participatory model of the disciplinary enhancement. This mixed method research design that integrated quantitative and qualitative. The research sample for quantitative data were 1st year of the Army Reserve Force Students in year 2014 (2557 B.C.), in Loei province. The research sample for qualitative approach comprised of trainers, superintendent, school principals, class teachers, administrative teachers, parents, and the delegates of the Army Reserve Force Students.The research instruments for quantitative consisted of a questionnaire, for qualitative were in-depth interview, focus group discussion and brainstorming.  The  statistics used for quantitative data were percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation, dependent sample t-test for before and after implementing the model of disciplinary enhancement whilst the qualitative earned data were analyzed by content analysis. The research findings were ,The level of Army Reserve Force Students’ discipline was obviously found at a moderate level, subordinate is low. The  state of operation of the Army Reserve Force Students’ disciplinary enhancement was clearly found that the students were trained traditionally regarding to the curriculum from year to year.  There was no innovation or new method of training the students. For the construction of the disciplinary enhancement model regarding to the associated participants, 3 models were found : the readiness model before training the Army Reserve Force Students; the model   of theoretical learning in a class; and the model of training outside a class. For the trying out and evaluation of the implementation of the disciplinary enhancement model, the activities were tried and implemented in 2 months found that :the associated participants agreed that the model of disciplinary enhancement was appropriate and satisfied with the training model.  After implementing the model of disciplinary enhancement, it was evidently found that the Army Reserve Force Students have better disciplines
