การพัฒนาแบบจำลองพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การพัฒนาแบบจำลองพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก   ผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน  คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ  และ เครื่องมือที่ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก  แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่า F-test  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาแบบจำลองพัฒนาคุณภาพการคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีองค์ประกอบ 3 ตอน คือตอนที่ 1 บทนำ   ตอนที่ 2  รายละเอียดแบบจำลองพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก เป็นรูปแบบ STAND  Model  ประกอบด้วยคำ 5 คำ คือ   มาตรฐาน  Standards : S , การสร้างทีมงาน Teamwork : T , การทำให้โรงเรียนประสบผลสำเร็จ Achievements : A , การสร้างเครือข่ายและการมีส่วนร่วม Network : N และ  ผู้อำนวยการ  Director : D   สำหรับ ตอนที่ 3 คือ เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบการศึกษาไปใช้

for   Small   Schools   in  Northeastern  Thailand

The research in tilled  “Development  of  an  Educational  Quality  development  Model for   Small   Schools   in  Northeastern  Thailand” The general objective of the research  was to develop an educational quality development.
The sample  was  the school director ,  the school Board And Director of the Office of primary education  In the Northeast, and the tools are Depth interview questionnaire and analyzed by percentage, mean F-test 

The founded of the research were : the factors input , processes and systems       

to create a corporate in organization focused on quality. Comparison Results find

a school Number of Students  and a number personnel  were different Development

of  an  Educational  Quality  development  Model for Small Schools was the third 

chapter  The first  was  Introduction  the  seconded was details the Educational

Quality Development Model  for Small   Schools were STAND  Model contains the

fifth word  was Standards: S, team building Teamwork: T, Achievements: A, networking and participation Network: N and  Director: D  As for the third condition was the Improving the quality of education  Model to use in the small schools.
