ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะทางวิชาชีพ ความผูกพันต่อองค์กร และประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานของนักบัญชีธุรกิจ ขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ แพร่ น่าน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะทางวิชาชีพ ความผูกพันต่อองค์กร และประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของนักบัญชีธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ แพร่ น่าน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักบัญชีในธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมโดยสุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 340 แห่ง จากการเปิดตารางของ Krejcie และ Morgan และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ การวิเคราะห์ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ

ผลการศึกษาพบว่าทักษะทางปัญญา ทักษะทางด้านวิชาการ ทักษะด้านคุณลักษณะ และทักษะด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านผลการปฏิบัติงาน ในขณะที่ทักษะทางปัญญา และทักษะทางด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านต้นทุน และนอกจากนั้นยังพบว่าทักษะทางปัญญา ทักษะด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ และทักษะทางด้านการบริหารองค์กร ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านเวลา แต่อย่างไรก็ตามจากการศึกษานี้ยังพบว่าความผูกพันต่อองค์กรไม่ได้เป็นตัวแปรแทรกระหว่างทักษะทางวิชาชีพกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของนักบัญชี SMEs ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ แพร่ และน่าน

The Relationship Between the Professional Skills, Organization Commitment and Performance of Accountants in Small and Medium Size Enterprises in Uttaradit, Phrae and Nan Province

This research aimed to study the relationship between professional skills, organization commitment and performance of accountants in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Uttaradit, Phrae and Nan province. Data were collected from 340 accountants in SMEs by using questionnaires as a research tool. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.

The results showed that intellectual skills, technical and functional skills, personal skills, and interpersonal and communication skills were positive impact on the performance. Moreover, intellectual skills and interpersonal and communication skills were positive impact on cost performance. In addition, it was found that intellectual skills, communication skills, and organizational and business management skills were positive impact on time performance, however, this study was also found that organization commitment was not a moderate between professional skills and performance of SMEs in Uttaradit, Phrae and Nan province.
