The Development of Industrial Students the Lower North Rajabhat Universities to ASEAN Community

The purpose of this research is to build the development of industrial students the lower north Rajabhat Universities into ASEAN community. The research method was divided into 3 step: 1) Study the situations, problems and factors related with the development of industrial students by questioning and interviewing administrators and teachers. 2) Get the workshops for the environment analysis and the seminars by the experts and 3) Evaluate the guidelines for developing by the experts. The results of the research revealed that: 4 aspects of how to develop the industrial students: 1) Create networks of cooperation to develop the skill students industrial for the ASEAN. 2) Develop the student characteristics in accordance with the professional standards and the desired characteristics ready for the labor market in ASEAN 3) Develop the curriculum standards to meet the needs of the labor market of the international and ASEAN and 4) Develop the teachers and the working staffs to have the knowledge and ability of managing the integration on teaching.

The evaluation of how to develop the students in the appropriate, the possibility and the advantage show that the appropriate level was high (  = 4.45), the possibility was high (  = 4.35), and the advantage was in the highest level (  = 4.66).
