Abstract

Introduction: The situation of smoking among Thai youth was likely to increase. The academic is a protective factor for prevented smoking in the youth group. The suitable learning style for youth in the 21st century is the CIPPA model. It is a learning style that integrates tobacco knowledge into the information course. Therefore, the researcher integrated tobacco knowledge and development of tobacco information and smoking control media through the information course. Methodology: This research was a qualitative study by focus group method. Data analysis used content analysis. Results: Organizing learning activities were used by the CIPPA model, which produced as a result to be enthusiastic and alert students by self-learning from a variety of information sources. And these learnings led to the right attitude about smoking in students. In addition, students had learned both searching skill and social skill.
