The research was a study and development of the heat transfer system by used steam as working fluid circulating in a horizontal plane. It was powered by a low heat, or thermal energy waste from any system. The investigator designed 2 models of the steam circulating thermal system, when temperatures in heating tank were 110 and 115 oC. The volume of air 0 Liters and water 3 Liters in the steam heating tank and air 0.5 Liters and water 2.5 Liters. It was found that the circulating steam thermal system model 1 (heating tank to storage tank and pressure tank) at 115 oC using ratio air 0 Liters and water 3 Liters. The quantity of heat accumulated in the storage tank was 2.656 MJ could have best efficiency 25.45%.
