วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อปริมาณผงมันสำปะหลังของเครื่องบดอาหารสัตว์ ด้วยด้วยเทคนิคพื้นผิวสะท้อน

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อปริมาณผงมันสำปะหลังด้วยวิธีการออกการทดลองด้วยเทคนิค พื้นผิวสะท้อน (Response Surface Methodology : RSM) โดยพิจารณาจากปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือ ค่าความชื้น ความเร็วรอบและ ระยะห่างของล้อลูกหิน ซึ่งค่าความชื้นที่ใช้ในการทดสอบแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระดับ คือ 6.86% และ 8.63% ตามลำดับ โดยความเร็ว รอบที่ใช้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ 500 700 และ900 รอบ/นาที ตามลำดับ และระยะห่างของลูกหินแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ 0.3 0.5 และ 0.7 มิลลิเมตร (มม.) ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยต่างๆ ผู้วิจัยใช้โปรแกรม Minitab R.16 ผลการทดลองพบว่าทั้ง 3 ปัจจัย คือ ค่าความชื้น ความเร็ว และระยะห่างของลูกหิน มีผลต่อปริมาณผงมันสำปะหลังอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (P < 0.05) และผล วิเคราะห์ค่าที่ดีที่สุด (Response Optimization) ของปริมาณผงอาหารมากที่สุด (Maximum) ได้ปริมาณผงอาหารมากที่สุดร้อย ละ 57.71 (%น้ำหลักโดยรวม) จะต้องใช้ตัวอย่างการทดลองที่มีความชื้นเท่ากับ 6.86% ความเร็วรอบที่ 859.6 รอบ/นาที และมี ระยะห่างเท่ากับ 0.31 มิลลิเมตร (มม.) จากการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรนำผงมันสำปะหลัง ซึ่งเป็นผล พลอยได้จากการเกษตรมาใช้เป็นส่วนผสมของอาหารสัตว์ได้Analysis the Factors that Effect of Cassava Powder of Feed Crusher by Using Response Surface Methodology (RSM)

The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the amount of cassava powder by using Design of Experiment: Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The factors to consider are the humidity, the speed and the space of crusher wheel. The humidity is divided into 2 levels are 6.86% and 8.63%, the speed is divided into 3 levels are 500, 700 and 900 rpm and the space of crusher wheel are divided into 3 levels are 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mm. The analysis of this data using Minitab R.16.The results showed that the humidity, the speed and the space of crusher has significant (P < 0.05) and the best results of the most amount of feed powder was 57.71 % (of total weight), by using 6.86 % moisture content, 859.60 rpm and the space of crusher wheel were 0.31 mm condition. From this study cassava powder can be used to promote for animal feedstock.
