การวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะเชิงอุทกพลศาสตร์ของใบจักรเรือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการไหลในระบบผลักดันน้ำ

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้นำเสนอกรณีศึกษาการออกแบบใบจักรเรือชนิดจมผิว (Surface Piercing Propeller: SPP) แบบ 3 ใบ ที่มีมุมโค้งเอน (Rake Angle) 22 องศา ที่มีการปรับปรุงคุณลักษณะรูปทรงเพื่อใช้ในระบบผลักดันน้ำ สำหรับติดตั้งกับเครื่องยนต์เรือผลักดันน้ำ โดยเน้นการออกแบบใบจักรขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 12 นิ้ว และทดสอบกับเครื่องยนต์ขนาด 16 แรงม้า โดยทดสอบสมรรถนะในอุโมงค์น้ำแบบเปิดเพื่อจำลองสภาวะการทำงานจริง ผลการทดสอบพบว่าใบจักรที่ออกแบบใหม่สามารถทำความเร็วในการผลักดันน้ำได้สูงสุด 6 น็อต (11.112 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง) ที่ระดับผิวน้ำ ที่มุมเพลาใบ 36 องศา (โดยประมาณ) และระยะจมใบ 30 เซนติเมตร ทำความเร็วเฉลี่ยได้ 5.6 น็อต (10.371 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง) นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยลดอัตราการสิ้นเปลืองเชื้อเพลิงลงร้อยละ 16 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับใบจักรมาตรฐานทั่วไปในท้องตลาด ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการปรับปรุงมุมกวาดของใบจักรมีส่วนสำคัญในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพแรงดันและการประหยัดพลังงานสำหรับภารกิจบรรเทาอุทกภัย
