การศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของผู้พักอาศัย ในอาคารชุดแห่งหนึ่งของกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเชิงพรรณาแบบภาคตัดขวาง ระดับการมีส่วนร่วม และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อระดับการมีส่วนร่วมต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของผู้พักอาศัยในอาคารชุดแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเก็บจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 323 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และ ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สิ่งที่โดดเด่นที่สุด คือ (1) การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้พักอาศัยต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม, ด้านระบบสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อม และ (2) การมีส่วนร่วมผู้พักอาศัยต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านระบบความปลอดภัย ซึ่งอยู่ที่ระดับมากที่สุด คือ = 4.40±0.640 และ = 4.40±0.602 ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้วยสถิติ ANOVA และ t-test พบว่า เพศ, รายได้และระยะเวลาในการพักอาศัยที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อระดับการมีส่วนร่วมต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้พักอาศัยที่มีสถานภาพในครัวเรือน อายุ และระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดแตกต่างกันมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลงานวิจัยนี้มีประโยชน์ใช้ช่วยกำหนดนโยบายการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมกับบริหารอาคารชุดในกรุงเทพมหานคร
