วารสาร SAU JOURNAL OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY ตีพิมพ์ปีละ 2 ฉบับ โดยมหาวิทยาลัยเอเชียอาคเนย์ บทความที่พิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารนี้จะต้องเป็นบทความที่ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารใดมาก่อน และไม่อยู่ในการพิจารณาของวารสารอื่นๆ เรื่องที่จะตีพิมพ์จะต้องได้รับการกลั่นกรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 คน กองบรรณาธิการอาจให้ผู้เขียนปรับปรุงให้เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้นและทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินตีพิมพ์หรือไม่ก็ได้
