ขั้นตอนและเครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง(SEM)

การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง เป็นการวิเคราะห์ที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อทดสอบทฤษฎีว่าโมเดลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมาตามทฤษฎีนั้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์หรือไม่ โดยจะวิเคราะห์ไปพร้อมกันในครั้งเดียว ทั้งการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย (Regression Analysis) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสังเกต ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือวิจัยเพื่อหาค่าความเที่ยง ค่าความเชื่อมั่น ค่าความโด่ง ความเบ้ และความผิดปกติของข้อมูลที่นำมาวิเคราะห์ มีขั้นตอการวิเคราะห์ 5 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดโมเดล 2) การระบุความเป็นไปได้ค่าเดียวของโมเดล 3) การประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ของโมเดล 4) การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดล และ 5) การปรับโมเดล
