บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง โดยใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยชนิดกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาผ่านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงานในบริบทสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 หลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 21 คน ซึ่งลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชา 101403 ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะตนเอง แบบประเมินสมรรถนะนักศึกษาจากครูพี่เลี้ยง และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะจากการประเมินตนเองก่อนดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.08, SD = 0.53) และหลังดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.63, SD = 0.37) โดยเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) สมรรถนะจากการประเมินของครูพี่เลี้ยงอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.68, SD = 0.30) (3) การเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะจากการประเมินตนเองภายหลังดำเนินงานกับการประเมินของครูพี่เลี้ยง พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติและ (4) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.80, SD = 0.37) ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงานสามารถส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาและเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพในบริบทสถานศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
