การคิดเชิงออกแบบเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาสำหรับครูในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
การคิดเชิงออกแบบเป็นกระบวนการสร้างนวัตกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเน้นผู้ใช้เป็นศูนย์กลาง ผ่านการระดมความคิดหลากหลายร่วมกับความเป็นไปได้ของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลทันสมัยภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมดิจิทัลในปัจจุบัน เพื่อใช้แก้ปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้ ซึ่งต้นแบบของนวัตกรรมที่สร้างขึ้นจะถูกนำไปทดลองและทดสอบอย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อนำไปปรับแก้จนกว่าจะได้นวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์สภาพปัญหา ซึ่งกระบวนการนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้สร้างนวัตกรรมในบริบทการศึกษาเพื่อให้ครูนำนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่ได้จากกระบวนการนี้ไปแก้ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนได้อย่างเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมดิจิทัลที่มีความท้าทายในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เนื่องจากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้เข้ามาเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนไปอย่างสิ้นเชิง ส่งผลให้ครูมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเพื่อจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างเท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ สอดคล้อง เหมาะสมกับกระแสดิจิทัล และเกิดประโยชน์กับผู้เรียนสูงสุดภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบประกอบไปด้วย 5 ขั้นตอนสำคัญ โดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ได้แก่ การทำความเข้าใจปัญหาอย่างลึกซึ้ง การตีโจทย์ปัญหาอย่างชัดเจน การระดมสมองหาวิธีแก้ปัญหา การสร้างต้นแบบ และการทดสอบ เมื่อใช้ทั้ง 5 ขั้นตอน ร่วมกับแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทการศึกษา สามารถช่วยแก้ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลให้แก่ผู้เรียนได้เป็นอย่างดี อันจะนำไปสู่การแก้ปัญหาและยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้น บทความนี้จึงมุ่งนำเสนอการคิดเชิงออกแบบให้ครูได้ทำความเข้าใจและนำไปประยุกต์ใช้สร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล อันจะส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่ดีและมีคุณภาพต่อไป
