บทคัดย่อ
คณะผู้วิจัยพัฒนาระบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ระยะสั้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะด้านการเกษตรด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ โดยใช้หลักการวงจรการพัฒนาระบบแบบ SDLC ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการคุณลักษณะของระบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ จากบุคลากรภาคการเกษตรท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 385 คนและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ จำนวน 180 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1) การพัฒนาระบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ระยะสั้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะด้านการเกษตรด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ บุคลากรภาคการเกษตรท้องถิ่น มีความต้องการคุณลักษณะของระบบ โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นใช้ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตทำหน้าที่หลักในการส่งต่อเนื้อหาให้กับแอปพลิเคชันผ่านเว็บบราว์เซอร์ ซึ่งโอนถ่ายข้อมูลระหว่างเซิร์ฟเวอร์และระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อนำข้อมูลไปปรับปรุงในส่วนแสดงผลของแอปพลิเคชัน ระบบแบ่งการใช้งานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ระบบจัดการผู้ใช้ และระบบจัดการรายวิชา ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผู้วิจัยนำระบบการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ที่ได้รับการประเมินแล้วจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญไปใช้ในการจัดฝึกอบรมให้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ บุคลากรภาคการเกษตรท้องถิ่น จำนวน 6 อำเภอ ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีและขยายผลผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ด้วยเทคโนโลยีเว็บแอปพลิเคชันและเทคโนโลยีมัลติมีเดียผ่านองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 7 อำเภอ ที่ยังคงไม่ได้รับการฝึกอบรม 3) ผลการประเมินผลความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ พบว่า โดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และพบว่าบุคลากรภาคการเกษตรท้องถิ่นมีทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์มากขึ้น
