การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศงานพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพของครู และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศงานพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพของครูโรงเรียนเบญจมราชรังสฤษฎิ์ ๒ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำหรับศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ จำนวน 8 คน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาความพึงพอใจ จำนวน 109 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของระบบสารสนเทศงานพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพของครู แบบประเมินคุณภาพระบบสารสนเทศและ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานโดยมีขั้นตอนและกระบวนการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ฯ ดังนี้ นำแบบสัมภาษณ์เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ฯ และประเมินคุณภาพระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผลวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศงานพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพของครู มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.42, S.D. = 0.62) และนำระบบสารสนเทศ ฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปให้ประชากรสำหรับศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ผลวิจัยพบว่า มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศงานพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อส่งเสริม ความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพของครู ในระดับมากที่สุด (
