ความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูเกษตรในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของครูเกษตร ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด 2) ความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูเกษตร ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด และ 3) หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและสมรรถนะของครูเกษตร ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดองค์บริหารส่วนจังหวัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูเกษตร 185 คน จาก 220 โรงเรียน ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 15 จังหวัด โดยได้ทำการโทรศัพท์สอบถามจำนวนครูเกษตรของ อบจ.แต่ละจังหวัด รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ครูเกษตรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย (ร้อยละ 63.4) มีอายุระหว่าง 50 – 59 ปี (ร้อยละ 54.5) อายุราชการ 21 ปีขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 50.9) จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 57.1) สอนตรงตามสาขาวิชาชีพ (ร้อยละ 59.8) รายได้ต่อเดือน 30,000 ขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 58.9) ดำรงตำแหน่งครู คศ.3 (ร้อยละ 52.7) สอนทั้งระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและตอนปลาย (ร้อยละ 68.8) มีประสบการณ์สอนวิชาเกษตร 21 ปีขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 43.8) มีวิชาสอนมากกว่า 3 วิชา (ร้อยละ 80.4) มีหน้าที่อื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากการสอนในกลุ่มสาระ (ร้อยละ 87.5) และพัฒนาตนเองตามสายงาน ตามหน้าที่ และตามความสนใจ น้อยกว่า 3 ครั้งต่อปี โดยมีความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลักในภาพรวมในระดับมาก ( = 4.40, S.D.= 0.52) และต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะประจำสายงาน ภาพรวมในระดับมาก (
= 4.42, S.D.= 0.54) เมื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและความต้องการสมรรถนะ พบว่า จำนวนวิชาที่สอน (X10) มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ผันแปรตามกันกับสมรรถนะของครูเกษตร (Y) อยู่ในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (r = .288, p = < .001)
