บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้งานด้าน e-Document สำหรับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการของคณะบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยวิศวกรรมศาสตร์นานาชาติสิรินธร ไทย-เยอรมัน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ และศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมในด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะปฏิบัติการ และความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ประชากรที่ศึกษาได้แก่บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการของคณะ จำนวน 33 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบประเมินทักษะปฏิบัติการ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม โดยได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน ก่อนนำไปใช้จริง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดของไทเลอร์นั้นได้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่มีเนื้อหา 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) การใช้งาน Google Sites 2) การใช้งาน Google Drive และ Google Forms และ 3) คู่มือการใช้งานระบบ TGGS INDI ผลการใช้หลักสูตรพบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (70.6%) ส่วนด้านทักษะปฏิบัติการนั้นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (87.9%) และผู้รับการอบรมมีระดับความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.55) ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ 1) ควรปรับใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของไทเลอร์ในการจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเนื้อหาอื่น ๆ ภายในหน่วยงาน 2) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สื่อออนไลน์ประกอบมีความจำเป็นสำหรับเนื้อหาที่ยากและซับซ้อน 3) ควรทำการติดตามผลผู้เข้ารับการอบรมในการนำความรู้ไปใช้ และ 4) กระบวนการการจัดการความรู้ภายในหน่วยงานเป็นเครื่องมือที่ทรงพลังในการเพิ่มศักยภาพของบุคลากร
