แนวทางการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 จังหวัดนนทบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การของข้าราชการ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การของข้าราชการครูจำแนกตามลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การของข้าราชการครู โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบใช้หลักความน่าจะเป็น จำนวน 340 ชุด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแปลผลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ข้าราชการครูส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ ต่ำกว่า 30 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 – 10 ปี อยู่ในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ 2) พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ลำดับแรก ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ รองลงมาด้านความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์การ และด้านการให้ความร่วมมือ ตามลำดับ 3) ข้าราชการครูที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) ข้าราชการครูที่มีอายุต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5) ข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 6) แนวทางการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีในองค์การประกอบด้วย นโยบายการพัฒนาครูสู่ความเป็นมืออาชีพและนโยบายการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์การ
