แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตบางกะปิ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหาร 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารจำแนกตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ และ3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตบางกะปิ จำนวน 170 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบใช้หลักความน่าจะเป็นแบ่งชั้นภูมิโดยกำหนดชั้นภูมิเป็นโรงเรียนและรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนจำนวน 8 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าของลิเคิร์ท 5 ระดับที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.916 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแปลผลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีอายุต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโดยภาพรวม ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการไว้วางใจ ด้านการบริหารเวลา ด้านการสื่อสาร และด้านการสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานน้อยกว่า 10 ปีและตั้งแต่ 10 ปีขึ้นไปมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารด้านการบริหารเวลาและด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารประกอบด้วย นโยบายการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและนโยบายการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานเชิงระบบ
