บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) อิทธิพลของเทคโนโลยีการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในการให้บริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการลดปัญหาด้านการบริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศ (2) ระดับขีดสมรรถนะของเทคโนโลยีการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในการให้บริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศ และ (3) ระดับความสามารถในการลดปัญหาด้านการบริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากผู้ใช้บริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ ณ ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศซึ่งมี 2 สาขา คือ สาขาอรัญประเทศและสาขาตลาดโรงเกลือ จำนวน 223 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบแบบ principal component analysis และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุด้วยเทคนิค Forward Selection ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) เทคโนโลยีการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในการให้บริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ ประกอบด้วย การจัดการกระบวนการการบริการ และการเข้าถึงง่าย ความถูกต้องและความรวดเร็วในการส่งมอบมีอิทธิพลต่อความสามารถในการลดปัญหาด้านการบริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 (2) เทคโนโลยีการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในการให้บริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมีขีดสมรรถนะในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์สูง และ (3) ความสามารถในการลดปัญหาด้านการบริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในอำเภออรัญประเทศในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมีความสามารถในการลดปัญหาด้านการบริการการขนส่งขนาดใหญ่สูง
