บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่องการจัดการสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนไทรโยคมณีกาญจน์วิทยา จำนวน 70 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่มจำนวน 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต จำนวน 35 คน และกลุ่มที่ 2 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนจำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย บทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง การจัดการสารสนเทศ แบบประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง การจัดการสารสนเทศ ซึ่งมีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.43 – 0.73 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.20 - 0.55 ค่าความเชื่อถือได้เท่ากับ 0.75 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีชนิดสองกลุ่มไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง การจัดการสารสนเทศ มีคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหา และด้านเทคนิคการผลิตสื่อ อยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.33, S = 0.57) การพัฒนาบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง การจัดการสารสนเทศ มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 เท่ากับ 82.29/87.57 และนักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง การจัดการสารสนเทศ หลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
