การเรียนรู้เฉพาะทางเพื่อการพัฒนาชาวนามืออาชีพผ่านกระบวนการโรงเรียนข้าวและชาวนา

การเรียนรู้เฉพาะทางเป็นการเรียนรู้ที่จัดการเรียนรู้เฉพาะเจาะจงในเรื่องใดเรื่องหนึ่ง เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนรู้ได้เข้าใจในเรื่องนั้น ๆ ได้ถ่องแท้ และสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ โดยกระบวนการของโรงเรียนข้าวและชาวนา กรมการข้าว ได้จัดการเรียนรู้เฉพาะทางด้านข้าว ผ่านหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม และกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และพัฒนาเกษตรกรชาวนาให้เป็นชาวนามืออาชีพ นำมาซึ่งการแก้ไขปัญหาในการประกอบอาชีพทำนา และพัฒนาความเป็นอยู่ให้ดีขึ้น
