การศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพพุทธศักราช 2556 ประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพพุทธศักราช 2556 ประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาโดยศึกษา 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการใช้สื่อ/อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 1,093 คน สถิติได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA : F-test) และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ Scheffe/ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่
ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการใช้สื่อ/อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน
การเปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพพุทธศักราช 2556 ประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ต่างกัน พบว่าผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนจากขนาดสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นทั้งภาพรวม และรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 จึงทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ Scheffe/ พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนจากสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนสูงกว่าผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนจากสถานศึกษาขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ในทุกด้าน
