ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาขนาดอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 482 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง (Path Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมาก
- ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศของโรงเรียนและปัจจัยด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .01 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการมีอิทธิพลทางตรงอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ
- ปัจจัยด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านบรรยากาศของโรงเรียน และด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ด้วยค่าอิทธิพลเท่ากับ .20 , .17 และ .02 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยด้านครู ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมไปยังประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้วยค่าอิทธิพลเท่ากับ .11 , .07 และ .03 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านบรรยากาศของโรงเรียน ด้านครู ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ มีอิทธิพลรวมไปยังประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้วยค่าอิทธิพลเท่ากับ .20 , .17 , .11 , 09 และ .03 ตามลำดับ และรูปแบบดังกล่าวสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 23 (R2= .23)
