ปรัชญาการศึกษาเกษตรกับการศึกษาเกษตรในทศวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเกษตรในศตวรรษที่ 21 นั้นต้องสามารถสร้างเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและบริบทของสังคมได้ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ หลักสูตรการศึกษาเกษตรที่มีประสิทธิภาพจะต้องตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนของสังคม และทำให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้ในเนื้อหาที่ทันสมัย สามารถเรียนรู้ได้ตลอดเวลาโดยใช้ทักษะสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีอย่างเหมาะสม ผู้เรียนควรมีทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ และทักษะอาชีพด้านการเกษตรต้องอาศัยความรัก ความอดทน และความมุ่งมั่น นอกจากนี้ผู้เรียนต้องมีการคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ คิดวิเคราะห์ คิดอย่างมีเหตุผล คิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและคิดแก้ปัญหา ผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาและเรียนรู้การเกษตรในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ของการศึกษา ทั้งการศึกษาในระบบ การศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย โดยใช้ปรัชญาการศึกษาเกษตรแห่งการเรียนรู้โดยลงมือทำ (Learning by doing) นอกจากนี้การนำปรัชญาปฏิรูปนิยมมาปรับใช้ในรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาเกษตร ที่เน้นการลงมือทำ จุดมุ่งหมายหลักของการศึกษานี้คือเพื่อปรับปรุง พัฒนาและสร้างสรรค์สังคมใหม่ที่ดีขึ้น พัฒนาการศึกษาเกษตรโดยนำเทคโนโลยีมาจัดการเรียนรู้ สามารถเรียนรู้จากโรงเรียน สถานศึกษาเกษตร และภาคเอกชนแหล่งเรียนรู้เหล่านี้ล้วนเป็นแหล่งวิชาการเกษตรของชุมชน ซึ่งประชาขนมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานการจัดการศึกษาเกษตร การศึกษาเกษตรมีความทันสมัย สามารถศึกษาแบบต่อเนื่องได้ตลอดชีวิต การศึกษาเกษตรผ่านทางแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย มีความทันสมัยและผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาแบบต่อเนื่องได้ตลอดชีวิต หากผู้เรียนสามารถปฏิบัติตามปรัชญาดังกล่าวได้ เยาวชน
จะเติบโตเป็นเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ เก่ง และมีความรับผิดชอบ การเรียนวิชาการเกษตรก็จะประสบผลสำเร็จ และสามารถประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมได้อย่างยั่งยืน
