แนวทางการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวไทย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวในภาคกลางของประเทศไทย จำนวน 260 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน จากกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ 1 พบว่า การจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน คือ 1) ระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง 2) ระบบการตลาดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 3) ระบบกระบวนการผลิต 4) ระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้า 5) ระบบการขนส่งอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 6) ระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้ในการบ่งชี้สินค้า ส่วนผลการดำเนินงานของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าว ประกอบด้วย 2 ด้าน คือ 1) การบริหารปัจจัยการผลิต 2) การจัดการกระบวนการผลิต
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวไทย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวเกี่ยวกับการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.63) 2) ผลความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.86) 3) การจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวม (BPF) และตัวแปรที่พยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าว ได้แก่ การจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านระบบกระบวนการผลิต (EPD)
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การจัดสัมมนากลุ่ม พบว่า ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเกี่ยวกับการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และผลการดำเนินงาน มีความสอดคล้องกันทุกรายการ กับผลการวิจัยจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดการคลังสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของอุตสาหกรรมโรงสีข้าวไทย
