Abstract

The purposes of this research were  1) to develop of Web-Based  Instruction  on the work  program paint .  2) to compare the achievement of students learning on Web-Based  Instruction  on the work program  paint  with  students learning normally.   3)  to studied the students skills who learned  Web-Based  Instruction  on  the  work  program  paint  . The sample used in this research were 50  students  in the  second  year  of  the primary education of Suanrathvittaya school selected by cluster random sampling  . The instrument used in this research were Web-Based  Instruction  on the work program paint , the assessment of the content and production of Web-Based  Instruction  on the work program paint , achievement test a multiple choice with the validity =  0.67 - 1.00.  , the difficulty between 0.45 - 0.80 , the discrimination = 0.20 - 0.50 and the reliability  = 0.87,  and the assessment of performance skills with validity = 0.67 – 1.00           and inter-rater reliability = 0.84  .The statistics utilized for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and     t-test for Independent Sample . The results were:  1) The  development of Web-Based  Instruction on the work  program paint was E1/E2  = 85.60/80.20 , it not less  than  80/80   2)  The achievement of students learned by of  Web-Based  Instruction  on  the  work  program  paint  higher than the achievement of students learned normally at the level of statistical significance  = 0.5   3)  The performance  skills of  students learned by Web-Based  Instruction  on  the  work  program  paint  at a good criterion , the mean percentage = 84.32
