THE EFFECT OF E-WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT ON BUSINESS PERFORMANCE TOWARDS ASEAN COMMUNITY OF RICE MILL INDUSTRIES IN CENTRAL REGION OF THAILAND

Abstract
The main propose of this research is for study about how to manage E-warehouse on business performance towards ASEAN Community in Rice Mill Industries in the central region of Thailand. Moreover, we use the research methodology that specify on 260 samples in the middle part of Thailand. For the analysis tools, we use questionnaires and software analysis to process all the data.
Step 1 This research used the in-depth interviews for all interviewers about some ideas for E-warehouse management to compete in ASEAN Community having found that E-warehouse management can be separated into 6 systems; 1) E-procurement, 2) E-marketing, 3) E-production, 4) E-warehouse management, 5) E-transport, 6) E-identifying product. Furthermore, the business performance of rice mill industry consists of two points of views; 1) Production factor management, and 2) Production process management.
Step 2 Studying about the effects of E-warehouse management to support ASEAN community, we have found that 1) All entrepreneurs give the rate for E-warehouse management in high level average (x̄ = 3.63) 2) All entrepreneurs give the rate business performance in high level average (x̄ = 3.86) 3) The E-warehouse management reviews the relationship and positive effects to the overall business performance (BPF); in addition, all predicting variables will relate to overall rice mill industries with production process management (EPD).
Step 3 Focus Group will evaluate this research with the valuable experts opinions on E-warehouse management that will be related in many items in this research from the result from step 1 (In-depth interview) and step 2 (Study about E-warehouse management). After that, we can develop E-warehouse management program on Business Performance towards ASEAN Community of Rice Mill Industries in Central Region of Thailand.
