Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of perceived organizational climate, job stress, and quality of work life of employees, 2) to explore demographic factors influencing their quality of work life, 3) to evaluate the relationship between perceived organizational climate and the quality of work life, and 4) to evaluate the relationship between job stress, and quality of work life. The samples consisted of 359 employees who worked in Pinthong 2 Industrial Estate, Chonburi. The questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection while statistical software was used for data analysis. Statistics used was Mean of percentage, Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation (S.D), One-Way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
