Abstract

การวิจัยทางการบริหารการศึกษาเป็นกระบวนการค้นคว้าอย่างมีระบบเพื่อมุ่งสร้างองค์ความรู้เพื่อ นำไปใช้แก้ไขปัญหาหรือพัฒนาการบริหารการศึกษาและพัฒนาเป็นทฤษฎีการบริหารการศึกษา การวิจัยทางการ บริหารการศึกษามีขอบข่ายจำแนกเป็น 3 ประเภท คือ ยึดทฤษฎีเป็นหลัก ยึดการวิจัยเป็นหลัก และยึดการปฏิบัติ เป็นหลัก โดยสามารถทำวิจัยในเรื่องต่อไปนี้ 1) ผู้บริหาร 2) องค์กร 3) นโยบายและการวางแผน 4) แรงจูงใจ 5) การบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา 6) การสร้างทีมงาน และ 7) การประเมินโครงการ

Research on educational administration is a systematically investigation process for aiming to create the body of knowledge ready to be applied for solving problems or developing educational administration and is able to develop into an educational administration theory. The scope of research on educational administration comprises 3 types: theory-based, investigation-based, and practice-based. Research can be carried out on these themes: 1) administrator, 2) organization, 3) policy and plan, 4) motivation, 5) educational resources administration, 6) team building, and 7) project evaluation.
