บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา ความต้องการของการบริหารจัดการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ2) ยกร่างระบบบริหารจัดการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ3)พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร4)ทดลองใช้และประเมินผลการพัฒนาระบบ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยนี้แบ่งออกเป็นขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการของการบริหารจัดการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โดยการจัดสนทนากลุ่มย่อยกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ นักศึกษาสถานประกอบการขั้นตอนที่ 2 ยกร่างระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินความเหมาะสมของร่างระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญซึ่งประกอบด้วยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนขั้นตอนที่ 3พัฒนาระบบตามร่างระบบที่ผ่านการประเมิน โดยใช้วงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาระบบงานสารสนเทศ  และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ขั้นตอนที่ 4ทดลองใช้ และประเมินผลการใช้ระบบโดยการทดลองใช้นำร่อง และทดลองใช้จริงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยนักศึกษา อาจารย์นิเทศก์เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายฝึกประสบการณ์ และพนักงานพี่เลี้ยงประเมินผลการทดลองใช้ระบบโดยการตอบแบบสอบถามเพื่อวัดความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสรุปได้ดังนี้1) จากการศึกษาพบว่า มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการฝึก  และควรนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้เป็นระบบบริหารจัดการ2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อร่างระบบที่สังเคราะห์ขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก 3) ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก และ 4) ความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก


Abstract

This research presents the internship management system development by using information and communications technology. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state, problems and needs of internship management 2) to synthesize internship management system components 3) to develop internship management system by using information and communications technology and 4) to tryout and evaluate system. There are four research steps, including step 1: the researchers identified problems and found out the needs of internship management to develop the system by using the focus group, step 2: the developed system was synthesized by the expert groups who worked in information and communications technology and curriculum development fields with questionnaires, step 3: the system development life cycle were applied to develop the system and its efficiencies were evaluated performance by the experts, and step 4: after the developed system passed primarily tested and evaluated, then it was trying out to the sample groups by questionnaire . The sample groups included students, Lecturers and mentors. The results of this research were: firstly, the problem was about the internship management so the information and communication technology should be used. Secondly, the experts considered that the system was good. Then, the system efficiency was in high level and finally the satisfaction of sample groups towards the system was in high level.
