ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับ ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอนใน 6 โรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรง ตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 36 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 99 คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า ด้านพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.65 - 0.87 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.98 และด้านประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.58 - 0.88 และมีค่าความ เชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2)ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของ โรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาล เมืองนครพนม ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4)ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5)พฤติกรรมการบริหารของ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 6) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ตาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน แตกต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 7) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงาน วิชาการของโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 8) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองนครพนมที่ต้องหาแนวทางพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านการปฏิสัมพันธ์และการมีอิทธิพลต่อกัน ด้านการตัดสินใจ ด้านการ ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านการกำหนดมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานและการฝึกอบรม ส่วนประสิทธิผลการ บริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักเรียนและด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งการ เรียนรู้ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแนวทางพัฒนาไว้แล้ว
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the relationship between administrative behaviours of school administrators and effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality. Selected by stratified random sampling, samples of the study which were classified by positions held and working experiences, consisted of 36 school administrators and 99 teachers in 6 schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality. Instrument used to collect data was a set of questionnaires which included 2 parts – the first part’s questions of which discrimination power and reliability were 0.65-0.87 and 0.98 respectively, were about the administrative behaviours of school administrators; whereas those of the second part with the discrimination power of 0.58-0.88 and the reliability of 0.99, were about the effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The findings of the study revealed that : 1) Administrative behaviours of school administrators as a whole were at the high level according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality. 2) Effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs as a whole were at the high level according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality. 3) Administrative behaviours of school administrators in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality were not different among the opinions of school administrators and teachers. 4) Effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality were not different among the opinions of school administrators and teachers. 5) Administrative behaviours of school administrators in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality were not different among the opinions of school administrators and teachers with different working experiences. 6) Effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality were not different among the opinions of school administrators and teachers with different working experiences. 7)Administrative behaviours of school administrators and effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs in schools under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality enjoyed a statistically positive relationship at the significant level of .01. 8)Areas of Administrative behaviours of school administrators under Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality that need to be developed were ability to communicate, ability to interact with and influence on the others, ability to make decisions , ability to supervise, and ability to set working and training standards; whereas students’ development activities and learning resources development were areas of the effectiveness of the administration of academic affairs that need to be improved. However, all guidelines for development were already suggested in the research.
