Optimization on P20-steel Taper Cutting with Wire Electrical Discharged Machine
Main Article Content
Abstract
Currently, the P20 steel machining quality of molding industrial is importance very much such as finished surface passed WEDM machining. This objective of research was to study the optimization of P20-steel taper cutting with WEDM by statistical applicability methodology. The parameters were taper angle, pulse-off time and arc-off time. The response value of statistical analysis was surface roughness average (Ra). Summary, the research optimization of P20-steel taper cutting with WEDM were the arc-off time of 14 µs, pulse-off time of 50 µs and taper angle of 10.
