การประยุกต์ใช้การเรียงลำดับตามอุดมคติวิภัชนัยและการถดถอยพหุคูณสำหรับการประเมินความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม
โดยเทคนิคเรียงลำดับตามอุดมคติวิภัชนัย และศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 100 ราย โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง จากการประเมินความเสี่ยงทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านต้นทุน ด้านการตลาด ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านบุคลากร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความเสี่ยงมากที่สุด คือ ด้านต้นทุน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความใกล้ชิดเท่ากับ 0.653 และด้านบุคลากร เป็นปัจจัย
ที่มีความเสี่ยงน้อยที่สุด โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความใกล้ชิดเท่ากับ 0.593 และการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก พบว่าอายุ รูปแบบของธุรกิจด้านต้นทุน ด้านการตลาด ด้านการส่งเสริมหรือสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และด้านบุคลากรเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก
