การประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดลีนและโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อช่วยในการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของงานสำคัญในสำนักงาน

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของงานสำคัญ (Critical Issue) ของสำนักงานกรณีศึกษาแห่งนี้ โดยปัญหา คือ กระบวนการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของงานสำคัญ (Critical Issue) ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ งานวิจัยนี้อาศัยแนวคิดลีน (Lean Concept) มาใช้ เริ่มต้นด้วยการศึกษาและแตกงาน วิเคราะห์งานพร้อมหาสาเหตุของปัญหาด้วยแผนผังก้างปลา หลังจากนั้นเทคนิค ECRS ได้ถูกนำมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงกิจกรรม งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้นำแพลตฟอร์ต Microsoft Office 365 คือ Microsoft Planner เข้ามาใช้ในการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของงานสำคัญ หลังจากการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน สามารถลดกิจกรรมที่ 2 (ผู้ประสานงาน 5 ฝ่ายจะทำการรวบรวมแบบฟอร์มของส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง) และ 4 (ผู้ประสานงานส่วนกลางสรุปแบบฟอร์มของทั้ง 5 ฝ่ายให้เป็นแบบฟอร์มของหน่วยงาน) จะถูกตัดทิ้ง นอกจากนี้กิจกรรมอื่น ๆ จะถูกทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้น สุดท้ายสามารถลดเวลากระบวนการทำงานที่เกิดความสูญเปล่าลงได้มากกว่า 50 % และสามารถช่วยลดภาระงานของผู้ประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างมาก
