บทคัดย่อ
ระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ใช้ภายในบริษัทกรณีศึกษาเป็นการบันทึกข้อมูลลงในกระดาษ จำเป็นต้องใช้พื้นที่และทรัพยากรที่มากเกินความจำเป็น ประกอบกับความผิดพลาดของการบันทึกข้อมูล ส่งผลให้ยากต่อการนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และทำการนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหาร อีกทั้งกระบวนการที่ใช้ในการแจ้งปัญหามีความล่าช้า จากการศึกษาระบบการทำงานแบบเดิมใช้เวลาในกระบวนการทำงาน 386.05 นาทีต่อรอบ ในการจัดทำรายงาน ทำให้สูญเสียเวลาของการทำงาน ดังนั้น จึงมีแนวคิดในการนำการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการ เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้กับการพัฒนาโปรแกรม โดยการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาจัดการกระบวนการแจ้งปัญหาการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ เพื่อการลดระยะเวลาในบันทึกข้อมูลของกระบวนการ และสามารถนำข้อมูลที่บันทึกมาทำการวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งสามารถจัดทำรายงานให้ทางผู้บริหารได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น ในการทดลองผลที่ได้จากการที่พัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูลที่จัดทำขึ้น สามารถลดระยะเวลาการบันทึกข้อมูล และลดปัญหาความผิดพลาดการของการบันทึกข้อมูล อีกทั้งยังนำข้อมูลที่บันทึกไปวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและรายงานต่อผู้บริหารได้ ซึ่งลดระยะเวลาในกระบวนการเหลือเพียง 61.43 นาทีต่อรอบ นอกจากนี้ โปรแกรมที่ได้จัดทำขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ และพัฒนาเพื่อใช้งานกับระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลในหน่วยงานอื่นได้อีกด้วย
