คุณลักษณะอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน ของกลุ่มบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขนาดกลางและย่อมในประเทศไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของกลุ่มบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขนาดกลางและย่อมในประเทศไทย ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกลุ่มบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขนาดกลางและย่อมในประเทศไทย จำนวน 443 บริษัท โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบโควต้า (Quota sampling) แบ่งตามภูมิภาค และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 325 บริษัท การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจะใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย สถิติที่ใช้ คือค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ด้านนวัตกรรม ด้านเทคโนโลยีการผลิต และด้านทักษะพนักงาน ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร ได้ร้อยละ 50.5 (Adjusted R2=0.505) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
